Terms & Refund Policy

License
A MainVac license authorizes the connection service on a limited number of computers: subscriptions (monthly or yearly) on one computer at a time, a lifetime license on two computers. You can move a license to another computer at any time — deactivate in the app on the old computer, or remove a computer on the license management page (once per 24 hours; the removed computer stops within 24 hours, the next time it goes online).
Free trial
Every computer gets a 30-day free trial with the full feature set — no account, no card. The trial is tied to the machine and does not reset with reinstalling.
Payments and taxes
Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, which collects and remits applicable taxes. Your license key is delivered by email after purchase and is also retrievable with your purchase email from the customer portal.
Refunds
- The 30-day trial exists so you can fully evaluate MainVac before paying. Please use it.
- EU/EEA consumers: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases, which we honor. Write to support with your order details.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled any time from the customer portal; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Cancelling does not retroactively refund the current period.
- Something broken that support can't fix, duplicate purchase, or charged after cancelling? Write to us — those are refunded.
- When a purchase is refunded or charged back, the license stops working (at the latest when its offline credential expires).
Fair use
Don't share license keys publicly or resell them. Seat limits are enforced technically; attempting to bypass them may result in the license being disabled with a refund of the current period.
Warranty and liability
MainVac is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
